I have been with Ark House for over twenty years now and they are a caring, experienced, competent vets. Both my current dog, Jake, and my previous dog, Max, have been treated impeccably by Ark House.

I usually have a good experience here and the dogs owner john. But the last few times was terrible. A young nurse was cutting my dogs nails and said my dog had a smell about her. She had a shower 2 days before. She had eaten tripe that's the smell. Then asked if we have her groomed 3 times and then suggested putting her a sleep to get sleep from her eye which we did when we got home. It was the way she was saying it as though we don't look after her she 15 old. And she got grass seed in paw .3 times in 2weeks we took her and 3rd time they left her all weekend with infection in foot. And just gave us a plan for £686. For Monday. It was grass seed she didn't even look at it properly. It should have been obvious as it's in her file about the grass seed so I feel let down. This was my favourite vet .but no more.

ArkHouse Vets are very professional and caring. The premises are clean and easy to access with onsite parking though there is also a public carpark next door if needed.

Our family have used Ark House for years and they’ve always been great. The vets are always gentle and calm with our cat who has a long term condition.
