Vet Hannah and her team have been amazing. The practice has been very busy lately but they still made up time for us and we never felt rushed or ignored! Always greeting us with huge smiles and plenty of treats for our baby boy :) He was diagnosed with a very rare disease but all throughout the diagnosis, investigation and treatment it truly has been exceptional. Everything was explained to us in an informed way and they make us feel part of their team. And on top of it all, they love our boy so we couldn't recommend them more. Thank you!

Avoid at all costs!

Honestly, terrible experience and terrible customer service. They don’t care about your pet.

All they care about is making money, and pressure you to spend more on your dog to do procedures that are just NOT NECESSARY.

We took our dog because he had a small infection on his paw. The vet, Hannah, took his heart rate (not the paw) and told us we need to put him under to remove the seed from the paw. The total cost of the removal with general anaesthetic was £1000!!! With the general anaesthetic costing £500! They then told me that I had to make a decision right now and if I wasn’t going for it now there is no space for my dog for the next 2 weeks, clearly trying to pressure me into paying so much money.
I went to pets at home. They looked at his paw, and actually found that it was just an inflammation that already passed, so the whole experience cost me £18 for the anti inflammatory medication…..and I didn’t have to unnecessarily put my dog under anaesthetic (which by the way costs £170 in pets at home, not 500 like medivet)

I went back to MediVet and complained about misdiagnosis of the issue and the fact that they were pressuring me to put him under when it was just not necessary. They didn’t apologise, the vet refused to even see me, and still charged me £44 for a “check up” where she didn’t even look at his paw.

Honestly, waste of time and money. Do yourself a favour and go to Pets at Home in Woking!

If you love your pet, don't bother bringing them here.

After being told that they have "more important emergencies" than to deal with my elderly dog who had lost control of his back legs, we were told to either come now or not to bother. We were made to rush saying goodbye and was told that my family couldn't have time to say their farewells, after telling my family this I recieved a phonecall to say they would no longer see him and that we have to go elsewhere. Really disgusting service, especially after being with them for 10+ years. The girl talking to us like ny dog was worthless was Daniella, she truly is the coldest person I have ever encountered and I am disgusted by her service.

The reception cancelled our appointment without any informing, she lied that my email is not correct but the truth was I got the medivet west byfleet email that day and those days normally and regularly, definitely lie! She told us there were several emergencies, but why not let me know? I arrived there by train and taxi with my two pups, this is not easy! And no refund no apologies, honestly I feel very disappointed!

Everyone is always friendly and approachable at the practice. Both myself and Minnie are provided with excellent care and advice in a non-judgemental manner.

Always really friendly team, always make my elderly cat feel at ease and make the visit easy and straight forward. The team at west byfleet always go that extra mile to help where they can! I know I’m grateful but I also know that Narla loves her visits for her nails trimmed with you ladies ❤️

Took Harry our border collie dog into medivet with anul glands problem and an infection around back end. The vet Hannah and her nursing team were very professional and after a couple of weeks of treatment he is back to his normal happy self. Many thanks to medivet.
