My husband and I were treated with great respect. We had to take our dear little cat PussPuss to the Anchorage vet because she had been missing for 4 days. The out come was not good, but no fault of the vets. They phoned us at home to tell us about all the damage that had been done to her so I had to tell them to put her to sleep. But they did say that we could go back and say our goodbye,s, which we did, they brought her out in a tiny blanket like a little baby and put her in my arms to kiss and cuddle her and talk to her then they injected her ON MY SAY SO and she died in my arms. They seemed as upset as me and my husband. So what else can I say. They were wonderful. Thank you Serena.❤ Maureen and Peter Salter. xxx

Our 2yr old Border Collie had a seizure out of the blue whilst we are on holiday on the Broads. Made time to see our boy and advice etc given about canine epilepsy.. Our grateful thanks to looking after him..

I was terribly letdown by this practice which resulted in my pet being put to sleep. A little bit of honesty and thought could have prevented this. My complaint still has not been resolved and I'm receiving threatening letters regarding an outstanding balance. A balance for a service I feel I didn't receive.

Our first visit here since moving up this way and a very friendly and helpful veterinary service. The healthy pet plan is sensibly priced, unlike some, and overall we were impressed.

Even though we attended Anchorage under awful circumstances, we found the vet very tactful and sympathetic. We did feel like we were in good hands.

I was here to get my cat vaccinated not to socialise but the receptionist I dealt with was awful. I was taken to task (publicly) for failing to attend an appointment in Nov except this was Nov 2021 and I'd cancelled it at the time I got a top lip curl. My name had been mis-spelled and she couldnt find my booking ( although she could find the "missed" apt from '21). When I went back this receptionist ignored me. I had to wait 5 mins for another in order to pay.

Had an emergency and it was all handled very sensitively. No hesitation in helping me. Not got the bill yet but expect it to reflect the professional level of service received. Go, there's real humanity there.

I have 2 dogs both under the care of this practice one of which is constantly needing testing and extra care. The practice and it's staff are second to none. I barely ever have to wait for an appointment more than a day or so, and the treatment is always in the best interest of the dogs and what's financially appropriate, I never feel ripped off. A special mention to Jess the vet nurse who is always friendly, welcoming and professional! Plus she always gives the dogs cuddles, so she's bought their vote! Tim the vet has been dealing with Isla our girl with EPI for some months now, and he is extremely thorough and makes sure we understand all the fine details around results, etc. Me and my family have used around 6 of the local practices in the South Norfolk area over the last 20 odd years of dog ownership, and Acle is by far the best. Staff are so genuine and gentle in how they treat my dogs, I wouldn't trust anyone else.
