I had to have my little dog put to sleep today. The compassion and care shown by the staff has made an enormous difference to a terrible moment in time. I cannot thank the vet enough for the way she cared for my little lad right up to the end. Even sedating him in the car to save him any distress at the end. I will always be grateful to her for caring. Total professional.

Moved here from another vets due to their incompetent staff and an uncaring attitude to pets. Not had that problem at Maison Dieu, both vets at this surgery have been very down to earth and not condescending.

This vets practice is excellent. From trimming nails of our neurotic chihuahua to having our French Bulldog spade. Our dogs were terrified of the vet, until we moved and started using the practice. Reception staff are always friendly, helpful and professional (especially lady with dark hair). We also used the practice during pandemic. All precautions were taken to keep us safe. Cannot recommend this practice highly enough. Thank you x

Couldn’t be more happier that I switched to these lovely people. Their prices are amazing compared to other vets in area especially as my cat is on two permanent medications every month. The whole team are absolutely lovely people who go above and beyond to help and take care of your pets.

Been a customer since 1985 with all of my dogs and cat!! Always had excellent service and advice. Reasonable prices too. The staff are brilliant. Always friendly but offering sound advice as well. My current dog absolutely loves the attention she gets when she has to go and practically bounds up the steps to see everyone inside. Can't fault their service, kindness or professionalism and will carry on using their services for as long as I own pets. Keep up the good work!!

I had a really good experience at this vets I took my two bunnies in in to be neutered and they were fantastic from start to finish they talk me through a better way of saving money by using a Petplan on which also allows them to get some free food per month the vets are really friendly and helpful,
