Vets4Pets - Cannock

I brought my dog for his vaccinations I saw grace the vet she was that good I booked my cat in to see her same day!! We have had issues with the cat in the past and I didn’t feel I got anywhere with the vet with no explanations or plans for the cat. Grace helped me understand the plan and what happened if we didn’t get results. Hopefully I will see her again as she was amazing and restored my faith in vets

The process from phoning for an appoointment to closing the account (payment) was seamless. The staff are welcoming, warm and full of knowledge. A thoroughly enjoyable activity at Cannock Vets4Pets which could easily have been stressful, if it were not for the excellant staff and service. Thank you.

I lost my beloved Marvel to a rta around 6 weeks ago and your team took her in and cared for her as an emergency as my vets were closed!!!! They have remembered me and marv and asked how we, as a family are doing. I was so impressed with their care I have registered my new kitten rocket there.

Not been happy with the service at all. Vaccination booked they phoned to cancel, rebooked 2 weeks later. Recieved another call 10 mins before appointment to cancel again whilst sitting in traffic on the way to the appointment. Last visit with other cat waited 40 mins to be seen, all time out of work which was annoying. My friend had their nursing cat put down from their advise due to a lack of medication at the practice. The way the death was dealt with was disgusting. No advice was given on the kitten's care, when asked was advised to take them to a shelter. Dead cat handed back via the back door with no much as a sorry for your loss.

. Reception and nurse/vet were very friendly.
. Wasn't waiting long to be seen.
. Understanding of pets condition and what he needed.
. Pet is now back to his usual self.
. Practice was very clean throughout

The friendliness of all staff, as well as the care and fuss given to our dog. He had lots of cuddles and the vet was very patient and kind during the examination

We had to take our kitten to be spayed and the experience was great! They looked after little Rosa so well on the day of her surgery and even gave her a bath after she rolled around in her own wee 😆 All the staff we met there were so friendly and supportive and we really felt like our fluff ball was in good hands. There were two follow up appointments to make sure everything was healing properly and they answered any questions we had and gave helpful advice. I would definitely recommend this vets!

Such a great Vets I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
My cat fell sick and as a panicked pet owner I called the vets and they got me in straight away. All of the staff were really pleasant and helpful. So we’re the other members of the public in the waiting room. Nice environment as well as being clean and sanitary.
The vet was very caring and explained all of our options and put us at ease. She highlighted pros and cons of every option and made us feel like we were in good hands.
A few days later another vet called and explained some test results to us and talked us though everything patiently and thoroughly explained everything.
Overall, a great vets and I really recommend and have done to a number of family and friends already.
