I am impressed with the service i received today in their surgery 23/09/22 Friday when i brought my homeless cat Rupert for neutering , vaccine and microchip the price was very reasonable .,and the vet was very friendly and dealt with me professionally. I highly recommend this vets to all my friends neighbours and colleague and some acquaintances in my vicinity where i lived .Their reception is very welcoming , I do wish the NHS will follow this kind of service to all the residences in my community!!!

Was seen on time by a friendly vet who checked the dog and recommended a way forward with treatment. The nurse who assisted was nice and helpful too. Our puppy seemed unfazed by the whole thing despite the fact that a sample os skin was taken quickly and humanly.

Great service everybody was friendly and helped my cat. My cat had some matted fur and this was shaved away and a wound treated. Treatment wasn’t overly expensive like some others vets and the vet was friendly (Village Vets in Winchmore Hill). I will be using this vets from now on and I recommend them.

Weve had 2 insurance claims put through for our dog. The insurance company asked for some clarification from the vets. Several months later they still failed to provide that. The claim is now closed without payment. £400+. I have emailed, called, went in person, several times, nothing works, some lady in insurance is seemingly too busy to clarify the issue. Next time you go there tell them you will pay later and ignore them for months.

It was difficult to get through to the practice on the phone, so i went over there to request for an appointment. Was met by a very friendly receptionist who made sure that I could get an appointment that suited my availability. When i attended the appointment i really was impressed at how friendly and caring all the staff were and another thing i noticed was at the reception there were battery operated candles and a notice to inform clients that if it is lit then a furbaby has passed away. So touching and beautiful. Shows compassion and care what you would expect from a veterinary clinic.

Rosemary Ave practice is gòod, staff are very friendly and my dog loves visiting. Would have given 5 stars if they sent a reminder about collecting worm/flea meds as it's a monthly subscription.

Totally agree with some people who say this is the most expensive vet clinic,i actually called all the vets in north london asking for the price of rabies vaccine and rosemary is absolutely the most expensive one,and the service is not special at all, just the same with others, plus when you call the one in Enfield you never get an answer

We have used Rosemary Avenue Vets for over 25 years and always had fantastic service from them. Even though they are now part of a bigger group the care and attention still feels the same as it did when they were a single independent vetenary practice
