Disgusting. The vet we saw was judgemental, rude, discriminatory... This practice is a clear example of corporate greed rather than care for "animals". Following that horrible treatment or lack thereof we were fobbed off to another one of their branches stating lack of equipment. Why that was this not disclosed before our attendance to save us time and anguish? Greedy corporate monsters. Don't bother leaving a generic response of "we are sorry..." because the only thing you would ever be sorry about is loss of profit and not about treating us and our cat as second rate citizens. In response to your statement about your love of "animals" being the reason for your study of veterinary medicine. Let's dispel that myth right now: Veterinarians achieve their qualifications through Vivisection. Veterinary university degree is sponsored by Pharmaceutical companies which at the end of your studies renders you a Sales Rep for the Pharmaceutical Industry and of course a vivisector. And not to mention the extortionate rates charged by the Veterinary Industry in UK. This is a corporate circus of greed, corruption and propaganda and has lost all compassion for their patients a long time ago.

So pleased with their quick help when a house rabbit I was looking after ate something he shouldn't have. Both the person I spoke to on the phone and Izzy were quick, calm and helpful, explaining what they were going to do/did and the anticipated cost, which was accurate. They were friendly too, which always helps in stressful situations, especially when it's not your pet.
I was able to pick him up a few hours later grumpy but alive and well (the rabbit, not me).

Probably one of the best vets in Bristol, definitely know how to handle pets and worried owners! Had to go in there nearly everyday for a week with my cat, they have been giving me updates every few hours to let me know how he's doing. They do listen to the owners concerns and try to understand the worries, then act accordingly. The atmosphere in the clinic is also very good, you are greeted with a smile and from the moment you call them you feel as if you are in good hands.

Small friendly practice where both the nurse and Vet took our concerns seriously. Having booked our appointment saying our dog was struggling to walk and was very aggressive she walked in without a limp and behaved impeccably but we were not made to feel stupid! The Vet went out of her way not to spook the dog and suggested we dropped by when we were passing to get the dog used to the surgery. All good so far!

Animal house vets was recommended to me by a stranger when I met and made a fuss of his dog, we had only just moved here, I can reiterate what he said that the whole practice is just wonderful and very often go over and above what I expect of people today. They looked after our two elderly cat sisters beautifully even during the strange times of the first lockdown. Now we have just adopted a 16 year old cat she has had her first visit and was not at all traumatised. I know we will be making full use of this wonderful practice. Thank you all so much.
