Vets4Pets - Leyland

Nice little vets, provides a space for smaller animals (like cats) so they can be shielded away from bigger ones (like dogs). Very friendly and helpful staff, great service. As a newcomer to the area, was able to get an emergency check at short notice, which was a great relief. Would recommend.

The staff at this practice show professionalism and kindness at all times. We recently had a really upsetting experience with our pet and everyone went above and beyond to help us. I cannot recommend them enough.

My cat had a problem and needed a vet. My local car was unable to see her, but vets4pets got her in at 16.15 today.
The vet was a compassionate chap who was caring in every way possible.

The whole experience as always at vets4pets Leyland was a pleasant one. I have had one cat there for a while and they have always been amazing with her and us which is why there was no second thought when my new cat needed to be seen.

The reception staff are lovely, the phone is always answered quickly and they are very informative and knowledgable.
As I had my cat neutered they do an initial check where I was able to speak to the vet and have all my questions answered, she was very helpful and reassuring and I felt 100% my boy was in safe hands with her.

On the day of the operation we were given a rough estimate of a pick up time and reassured that we would receive a call when he was out of surgery to let us know how he had got on, true to their word they called and let us know he was okay and that he had eaten and that was very reassuring, we also we given a collection time for him.

Upon picking him up the vet nurse came to speak about his discharge, again very lovely and knowledgeable, she answered all my questions and reassured me. We arranged a post op check up for a couple of days time.

The vet clearly did another amazing job, my cat appeared to be in virtually no pain due to the 24 hour painkiller and his wound looked clean, neat and tidy.

I am overall extremely satisfied with Leyland vets4pets, I would never go anywhere else and would recommend them to anybody.
