Medivet Northgate

First time bringing our puppy into here for his second injections, from the moment we arrived we was made to feel so welcome, Elle the vet was amazing with our puppy taking time and effort to explain everything clearly and helping to settle him to make sure it was a positive experience. So nice to go to a vets and feel it’s all about the animal rather than money in the till, the lovely receptionist Jodie even went to get some water for our puppy as we was there longer than expected, the whole experience was amazing from start to finish Thankyou so much ladies! We are so glad we have chosen Medivet Northgate as our new vets 😃

Easy to fix appointments, easy to change appointments. Friendly staff. Good parking available.

I just wanted to say thank you to Northgate medivet for caring and loving our little 16 week puppy Obie he received great care and love as new dog owners you have really settled us with your help and quick response to help our little boy! Five stars isn't enough for this practice if I could give more I would! Thank you love from owners and Obie 🐾

The last memory of my lovely dog is him screaming due to a trainee trying to put a catheter in his leg. Took 20 minutes which is time I wanted to sit with him. Absolutely broke my heart as he didn't deserve it

These guys completely rip you off I took my cat there as she had a urine problem they took tests and turns out she had a uti infection so she was given medication which I payed for as well as the tests as expected but 3-4 weeks later after giving her this medication there was still a urine problem so I took her back to here and came in thinking she would get a another urine test but she wasn’t ready as her bladder was empty so it was a general 2min convo and that I’ll have to come back In a week so they can have her all day to do tests…they charged me £45 for literally doing nothing but having a 2min convo that day and so they wanted to charge me another £185 for another urine test that following week which is totally unfair because the medication they gave me didn’t work! Very bad experience with these guys I will be going elsewhere.

I used these vets for the first time and looked after my kittern so well so nice and cheerful people and looks after pets really well and now signed him up in his pet plan and it's amazing

prompt and efficient service, and our little dog always quite happy to visit (so, although for the last year we haven't been able to go in with him, he still seems very confident and trusting of the staff - always a good sign!)

It was hard to bring my kitten on the 1st visit, because of covid, and couldn't go in with him. But he has had 3 visits now, and met vet out side, and feel comfortable taking him, now, they explain things, and give helpful advice.
