Very hygienic. The staff are incredibly kind and helpful. They are very thorough during appointments and offer useful advice if you're unsure about anything with your pet. Been going to this veterinary practice for years and they've always given superb care and are very empathetic during difficult times with a pet. Highly recommended to any pet owners because the pet will receive exceptional care and are in good hands.

We take our two cats Elli and Slinky here. It’s always easy to get appointments, and they text reminders for routine vaccinations. Our cats seem to adore all of the vets, vet nurses, and staff, each one has been never been less than brilliant and it is obvious that they care deeply for every animal they treat. Even though Slinky can be difficult the vets seem to know how to keep her calm and treat her ( she’s a particular fan of Dr Wilson and turns into a purring puddle at every appointment, I’m convinced magic must be involved). The prices are reasonable and the Surgury is accessible, well kept and pleasant to be in. I would not take my cats anywhere else.

The nurse was kind however I took my dog twice and he was diagnosed and given medicine without even running any tests to figure out what was wrong with him. They also charged me £60 for 7 tablets.. I then asked another vet if the price was fair and these tablets are less expensive than a tenner. So for a young person during covid, I had more stress than peace of mind. Seems like they just want money.

The absolutely WORST! Don’t risk your pet and take it to a different practice. They took samples for my dog and 4 months after they finally contacted me to claim for payment of a service I didn’t not get, even when I called them to let them know his condition was getting worst. As of today I haven’t got the results for the “test” but I am been harassed to pay them.

Our puppy was attacked in Lampton Park, so we headed straight over to the Young Veterinary for the first time. Within a few minutes they were able to see to the puppy, provide antibiotics and schedule her in for next day stitches. Everyone from the receptionists to the vets themselves were so caring and our puppy was so well looked after. The stitches healed beautifully too. Aftercare was brilliant and I am so glad that we were able to find the Young Vet Partnership when we did. Thank you!!

We switched to Young Vet from Vets4Pets and we have been very happy with the clinic. We can get appointments much quicker now and they work till late so that we can visit after our working hours. The Vets are carrying and try to do their best to help.

I’ve always found the vets and nurses here polite, helpful and friendly. They’ve always looked after my dog and made me feel like she’s in safe hands. Always easy to call and make an appointment. Thank you Young’s Hounslow team.
