Kingswood Vets

Joined this practice on recommendation after a bad experience at another vet. Have had excellent service from day one, from the normal routine check-ups/vaccinations to dealing with a traumatic accident. Have always felt that the best interests of our pet are the priority & received good, sensible advice. Our pets are always relaxed during their visits which is a testament to the care of all staff. Can't recommend highly enough!

my kitten needed emergency treatment last weekend and I can’t praise Liana enough for her professionalism and kindness. She took my numerous calls and spent time reassuring me.

Last night I visited Chertsey, and as always was able to get an appointment. Pete was his usual thorough, approachable and patient self, even though he was dealing with many other queries. He went the extra mile and I came home feeling all areas had been covered.

I would definitely recommend them and feel very lucky to have them in Chertsey.

After my little dog consumed a mini chicken satay skewer off the street and was subsequently really unwell, I was delighted to receive such professional and caring advice from this practice. Pete is so lovely and friendly and the receptionist is also very welcoming and helpful. My dog has made a full recovery thanks to their intuition and swift decision making. Thank you so much - I’d definitely recommend them to anyone! :)

Whilst we haven’t had an issue with the medical care from any of the vets at this practice, their admin is absolutely appalling. On two separate occasions we have brought our cat in for appointments we have booked and been told they have don’t have a vet available, and yet no one has called to let us know it can’t go ahead. They failed to update our address when we moved house, despite us calling to inform them, and the latest saga is that they’ve lost the clinical notes from our most recent visit! Our cat received his annual jab and check up and a follow up appointment was made, but they now can’t find any record of the initial appointment and subsequent notes. One, or possibly two, errors would of course be only human but this constant level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

Really happy with kingswood vets they are absolutely on the ball with their care and attention. Definitely the best when it comes to cats..was recommended by quite a few people in Chertsey as we had a bad experience with chertsey vets, and I now would not go anywhere else. Always professional helpful and supportive plus responsiveness to any pet claims is super efficient.

Absolutely fantastic. The vet is amazing. Was so lovely with my beautiful kitten and got him the help he needed.
Receptionist is great too.

Excellent vets. So friendly always gives you options of what you might like them to do. I would highly recommend this vets
