If you want a vet that actually cares about your animal and will do everything in their best interest, go for this one.

Had an awful experience with a different vets in sandbach where the experience was the opposite. Definitely worth switching!

What on earth has happened at LBVC.

while the veterinary care at LBVC remains high, they have closed their out of hours service and farmed it out to somewhere miles away and at vast cost. The No of staff also appear to have been considerably reduced

There is no longer nurse and vets available over night. The practice has become dingy, unkept and grubby.

I am shocked and saddened by this and moving my pets elsewhere 😥

Great experience and help with prescious pet rabbit.
Rang the next day to check Peter was okay.
And second to none help off Ruth when Peter ate a leaf that was poisonous to him. Also a check up phone call. Thank you all.

Staff are brilliant, looked after our two dogs for us over the years.

Thank you to the receptionist at Whitchurch today (29/10/22) so understanding and helpful, managed to find me an appointment at Nantwich who were also excellent. Big thanks to Alex Root (vet) who was very thorough, helpful and understanding. Wonderful team who definitely care about animals and their clients. Can’t thank you enough xxx

My dog Odi is two years old, he is very alive and he is bursting with energy. He suffered a paw injury on a walk, it was necessary to X-ray, God, what will it be? after all, he does not allow himself to be touched by strangers. Meanwhile, the doctor took him and made an x-ray within 5 minutes, without any anesthesia .. Full professionalism !!! not for the first time, thank you very much :)

Fantastic veterinary practice, extremely friendly and caring for pets. We took our cat for his first consultation which was free and unexpected. Provided a detailed estimate for further procedures too.
