The best vet I ever known! The stuff is always friendly and helpful . My furbabies always have the best care at there . I've been in other vets many times and never have so good experience like here . I would highly recommend to everyone :)

So happy with this vets. Staff are always amazing and so helpful. Smudge, loves coming as did Teddy and Saffie. So kind when we had to have Teddy and Saffie put to sleep. I would not go anywhere else

Visited with my elderly dog 16 years old, who is falling over in pain, has dementia, and forgets he’s been fed, took lots of courage to take him as I feared the worse, they made me feel like the worst pet owner in the world because I wanted what was best for him even if that was putting him to sleep. They said I have a duty of care and won’t put him to sleep until they have tried other things. They made me feel I was doing what was best for me and not him, I left crying and was made to feel like I didn’t care for him when I’ve had him his whole life and he is very much loved, I’m a nurse and would never make anyone feel like that.
I found the vet rude and dismissive of my concerns regarding a black lump on his side I was told dogs get lumps,
Hes been seen twice before for a tremble I was told it’s just his breed now I’ve been told it’s pain related and he’s been given an injection, please listen to your clients and don’t fob them off.

We have been using the vets for all our pets over many years prior to becoming part of the Broughton group and the staff are always very approachable, friendly and helpful. They were so caring when we lost of beloved Doberman and are now helping ensure our new puppies veterinary needs are met with the same dedication.

Took our dog here today for surgery (not our usual branch) and the vet becky and the nurses were SO lovely and caring. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our baby.

After my cat became extremely sick I moved him to Broughton vets after poor advice from another vet surgery. Rebecca has been fantastic and was happy to spend a lot of time discussing possible treatment approaches. Round the clock treatment care at home and Rebecca's treatment plan essentially saved his life.

The team are caring and professional. No pushy sales pitch. I am a happy customer; my dog Ivy agrees, she is now looking forward to long carefree walks. Thanks Best Friends vet group.

Visited with my dog and must say I was very impressed. After bad experiences with vets in the past I was unsure about where to go this time around. The best friends vet group Listened and made me as an owner feel valued, they were also very good and gentle with my dog. Extremely friendly service. Organised and made the whole process simple and efficient. Myself and my dog were very much made to feel at ease and I would definitely recommend this place
