We have been a client of this veterinary clinic for years. Wouldn't not say this was a bad experience but not the best till today. Our cat has been checked by Francesca Teresi and she is brilliant. Our boy is always very stressed during visits to vets. Thanks to Francesca who founded a contact with our cat very quickly and made us calm as we felt how professional she was.

We weren't customers of Vets for Pets but someone took our cat there after being hit by a car and had passed away.
The staff there were absolutely fantastic. So caring and listened to our stories about our cat.
Thank you for making things so easy and less painful.

Charlotte the vet was very considerate of our nervous rescue and offered to do the exam on the floor if it would help. She told us the results of the check up and recommended options to help with the nerves. Very personable & kind vet and clearly cares

Our boy Dylan was suddenly taken very poorly , having been let down by our own vets , This wonderful surgery said they would do the operation . He was very poorly he had an internal bleed and needed an urgent operation to remove his spleen . We drove the 40 mins in quite a state with him and from the minute we arrived all the staff were wonderful , kind , friendly, caring and very in tune with how distressed we were
Eve the wonderful vet who did the operation spent time with us to explain everything and really gave us some comfort . After leaving him and driving what seemed hours home we then waited for the call from Eve which we received at midnight to say that the surgery was over and Dylan was doing well . He stayed until the Sunday evening when we were able to bring him home . We are forever grateful to all the nurses but a special mention to Rachel for frequent photos and comforting updates We have an anxious wait now for the results of the mass that was removed , but as I write this looking at our Dylanbear snuggled up back at home I think back to Friday when we thought we were going to lose him and are so thankful. We will be returning in a few days for his post op check . Truly a wonderful practice with amazing staff

The lady we saw was lovely, made a huge fuss of my boy as we walked in, which I highly value, rather than just talking to me then examining him, as she fussed him she checked his ears and eyes, which I thought was a very clever way to lower the stress for the animals. She gave his vaccine & he didn’t even notice. She was excellent, Visit with vet was definitely a 10/10. we’re on vacs for life so that was great but I did ask for kennel cough vaccine and was absolutely shocked it was £28 if I had it then for the tiniest of squibs up the nose, £40 in we had it later. But my boys had kennel cough before so wanted the protection. staff as always lovely & friendly.

One of my cat always suffers with urinal problems at this time of year. Understanding that it adds to the stress bringing her in while ill and explaining that the medication given last year worked very well without having to force her to swallow tablets (adding to her stress), the vet prescribed the same medication and asked to see her when better. A week on she is 100% better and coming to the end of her medication we will be bring her in for a check up. Big thanks from us and Muppet the cat

I needed an emergency appointment for Holly, she brought up blood in her bile. I was able to come down in plenty of time. Reception was great and the vet put my mind at rest. She probably would have been OK, but I'd rather be safe than sorry. It reassured me that we'd seen a vet. Thank you.

Everything was explained and conducted to a high standard. We felt happy to leave Blue in your care. Aftercare has also been very good and we liked the WhatsApp option rather than having to bring him back in allowing him to rest up and recover.

We lost our old dog back in August and that wasn't handled very sympathetically (we felt) and we actually went to another vet.. we thought we would try you again since it is new premises and closer in case of an emergency.. we were both impressed by the new surroundings and how organised it all seemed. Your staff appear to be happier and more motivated which we as owners need to see and feel.

Thank you for making this a better experience.
