The loveliest staff and service! Professionally and carefully dealt with the sudden pass of my cat marble who was brung to them, all staff were so thoughtful and caring! They even sent me the loveliest card and forget me not seeds which meant so much to me!
Thankyou so much for everything you’ve done!

Priory Vets absolute joke of a vets we took our kitten to priory vets Reigate for them to say he needs to stay in over night as he’s dehydrated. They then called to say he can be picked up and they don’t no what’s wrong with him. Charged us £460 for and overnight stay and to be on a drip, He’s still not well and they offered no advice or support How do these vets get away with these charges it’s crazy! Avoid avoid avoid money motivated no care for animals

Not recommend it at all when it is regarding guinea pigs.
Why?! It’s just a business when comes to a surgery and everyone feels everything will be ok then complications happens, like we have never seen this, was unexpected.
Having chats with the surgeon about those complications, she put the blame on the vet who seen the scans and the vet will try to calm you down.
Not happy. I felt sorry for letting my guinea going through a surgery , I should be informed to kept her for comfort care.

Very rude and judgemental receptionist when we rung today which has lead us to take our business elsewhere. A shame as have previously regarded this practice highly.

Ok vets but ridiculously priced, even for routine consultations, medication and treatments which is rather shameful when one has to choose between one's wellbeing/life and the bills. Have now found a better and more reasonably priced local alternative so happily done with this surgery/business.

Our cat Zeytin was hit and killed by a car on the Reigate Hill end of the Raglan Road a couple of days ago. Very kind people who were passing by took our cat to Priory Veterinary on the evening of the incident. Today, we paid a visit to have a quick meeting with a lovely nurse called Gigi. Our daughter (17 yrs old ) felt a lot better after the meeting and all the staff were so understanding about what we have been going through as a family.. Thank you very much for keeping our little cat under your care while we are trying to decide how to say goodbye to him..🖤

Caring and professional vets.. cares for all our rescue dogs. Recently I had a very ill dog that needed to be hospitalised overnight. They gave lots of updates and really looked after her.. we wouldn't take our animals anywhere else..

They first gave us the wrong dose of the epilepsy medication for our dog and it was us who noticed it. And now we are waiting for the blood test results and they told us that they'd call us today and they didn't so I gave them a call. The very rude receptionist said she can't give the vet a call because she's off today although the vet herself left a voice message during the day that she would us from a private number. I only wanted this receptionist to give the vet a call to remind her. She rejected it and even raised her voice. The level of unprofessionalism!!!
