Brentknoll Vets in Worcester

This was Cookie's first visit to Brentknoll so she was naturally apprehensive but the staff were very kind and gentle - not a murmur during the examination. The advice and treatment given was easy to understand and administer so we were totally satisfied with our experience and would certainly recommend.

Taking your pet to the vets is never an experience filled with joy but going to Brentknoll is about as good as it gets. Daisy runs through the door and immediately jumps on the scales to be weighed......suddenly realising where she is.....oops! From the minute you arrive to the minute you leave the staff are all friendly, considerate and helpful and getting through what can be a trauma is made much easier with their help. Efficient, thorough, professsional are some of the words I can use to describe this veterinary practice.

During this difficult times tried to get a second opinion for my Daisy so I was trying to find a nearby vet clinic that would accept to have the owners with the pet during consultation. The appointment was done that afternoon (5* from the beginning for kindness of the receptionist and the prompt appointment). The vet and nurse not only took great care of our cat but also took the time to explain every step and listen our concerns. I really felt valued as a pet owner and felt that Daisy was taken care of really well. Would use again.

I've been going to Brentknoll for over 20 years -lovely staff, and great vets. They have looked after my various pets with kindness and great care. Isobel has been just wonderful with Toby my Burmese cat, who has been ill since he was a kitten. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

Just a wonderful vets, every vet I’ve seen has taken time to listen & engage. It’s busy & sometimes you may have to wait but that is because all staff take time with you & your pet.

The quality of care, and the genuine and personal approach taken by this entire practice from top to bottom has never failed to impress and reassure me. I couldn't be happier to have such a fantastic group of people looking after my dog - she's one of the most important things in the world to me, and Brentknoll really seem to care.
