Spinney Veterinary Hospital - Northampton

Called this morning in for emergency appointment since my dog is vomiting for 12 hours. Was told first that this isn't deemed as emergency and when I said it is women on the phone said she don't like my tone and hang-up on me. I wasn't rude or anything, so must be some racist receptionist disliking foreign accents or something. Also for non registered pets appointment cost £200 just for seeing pet. Do not recommend this greedy and racist establishment!!!

Amazing vets, I brought my kittens to this vets and all the staff are amazing including in reception. They really do care for your pets. I got both neutered and they healed so quickly and they done an amazing job.

After explaining to receptionist how anxious Dexter is, I asked if the vet would sit on floor with him, which she did, this did help a little bit. Dexter gets aggressive when the vet tried to do anything to him, but she was very good with him. This was appreciated by myself & daughter.

These vets are brilliant, if you are a new dog owner they guide you through it and reassure you. You are never made to feel silly. They never rush you. Highly recommend.
