Always on hand for the best advice and care for animals. Can be stressful when calling about a sick pet and they easily put my mind to ease. My cat was unwell and I had to go to emergency vet in Wanstead to be treated due to the severity of the symptoms. The lady who I spoke to called me to make sure we got sorted with the other branch as it was an emergency. This call was after they closed which I really took note of and didn't expect at all. I have been taking both my cats here for a few years and extremely happy.

Great service from Dr Judy! She treated my cat really well and my cat really liked her, even though she usually hates strangers. Very good and very polite service.

I've had all my cats through the previous 20 years brought here, very professional and very friendly!! And within their abilities will answer any questions and if not will certainly find out for you!! Highly recommended for any animal 👌!!

Horrendous experience, don’t care about animals, running 10 mins late, refused to see us, will never use them again, they just care about money. Forgot to mention the receptionist with the Irish accent is one of the most rude people I have ever had the displeasure to speak to and certainly doesn’t belong in a customer facing role

I have several horrible experiences with them. I try so many times with them, since their location is near to my place. I don’t want my cats travel far since the cats don’t like being in the car. However I don’t know if it’s racist treatment since I’m Asian or my pet’s appointment isn’t important to them. I feel unfair in getting treatment in here.

First time, I was late 8 minutes, and they were threatening to cancel my appointment. They were very serious about the appointment time and warned me if I would be late next time, they would cancel my appointment after 5 minutes. I took it as my fault, and never be late. But in the next appointment, I was waiting for them at least 15’. I guess it’s ok for the patients wait for the doctor, but not opposite. That’s nothing, the things here is that they kept cancelling my appointment in last minute. The first time, they call me at 4pm the day before my appointment to asked me move my appointment to three weeks later. My appointment was in early morning in the next day (900am). I didn’t even have a choice to choose. I couldn’t do anything even that my cat’s vaccine date would be overdue by then. But they say it’s ok to be overdue for 2 weeks. It’s ok since they said it’s emergency (not sure how many % of true, but ok). The second time, they called me at 1100am to cancel my 1700pm appointment since the doctor was injured. I bet it’s lie because this’s xmas time and someone just want to leave early. What kind of injuries which happened in the morning need to go to emergency at 1630pm (like 4.5hrs after it happened). The doctor got injured at 1100am, but it'd ok to work till 430pm. Either it's not serious, or it’s a make up. My cat boosted vaccine was over due. That’s why the first time, it’s ok for delaying. But the second time is unacceptable.

This Goddard West Ham vet doesn’t care about animal’s health at all, or just my pet’s health. I don’t know if because I’m young Asian girl who look easy to ask around, or have alot of free time for them so they kept changing my appointment. I only have four appointments with them so far since I just moved to this area. But two of four were asked to cancel/move. I’m not unemployed person, I have 9am-5pm work. I don’t think I’m deserved to be treat like this in disrespect-irresponsible way.

This branch are the loveliest, kindest humans I've ever come across regarding a veterinary practice. I recently lost my cat Gizmo and was distraught. They went above and beyond to make sure that Gizmo and myself were comforted. I can't thank them enough.

Five stars for the practice puppy Kuro! She always makes sure all the patients are well taken care of! She may even come tell some of the humans hello as well
