This is the best vets in thanet by far with very knowledgeable and understanding staff go here for all your veterinary needs
I had my last dog registered here and now have my new girl also will not go anywhere else

Have been booked for 16.45 and waited for 40 minutes in the car. No explanation. The annoying this was, that lots of people what arrived after us has been taken care of faster. We booked our dog for spaying and date have been changed on Friday afternoon to Monday. So we arrive on the day what we were told but have to wait again for ages.
The receptionist are not as nice as they used to, when I asked when for how long are we going to wait, they were annoyedyou are asking. 3 of our favourite vets left in the last year.
The disorganisation is the main reason for the rating.

Reception always helpful, happy with vets. My animals have been well looked after at all times. Special mention to Stephanie on reception team.

Lovely staff who showed a genuine interest in my cats well being.. Wouldnt go anywhere else.. Thanks Eagle Vets 😻

Great experience here, friendly staff nice consulting rooms. Veterinary plans available for routine check ups and treatments at a very reasonable monthly rate. Recommended. 😁

I feel that with a heavy heart I need to relate our story our beautiful and loved Pomeranian Boris died on Tuesday even though he was not a patient at eagle vets they were amazing trying to save him all the staff were so caring and supportive thank you all for the empathy you showed me and Vanessa God bless you all xx

Minster Eagle vets do not want to go there again Vet not very compassionate had no empathy at all didnt even touch my dog once!!
