We are very happy and comfortable, with the care Jazz has received at Barnfield House, in North Harrow and Trust their advice and care. Our kitten, at 8 weeks old had an eye infection. The receptionist was very kind, understanding and patient with our queries, as I explained the symptoms (we are first time kitten owners). We had a Zoom consultation which went very well. Anjani was very knowledgeable on Jazz's condition and offered us valuable advice. Jazz had her 1st vaccination today at the site in North Harrow, and again the receptionist and Anjani were very kind and helpful.

My dog Honey was hit by a car on late Saturday morning when we were visiting my parents in Harrow, she was rushed to the nearest vets which were so quick to help her even though she was not registered with them and only there from out of the area and has been for check ups and laser therapy for the wound every day since. They have been amazing and such nice caring stuff who genuinely care about the pets. Couldn’t recommend enough.

We have been having issues with our furry baby for 6-7 months now . Mr Patel was so helpful at our first meeting and I think our issues are sorted . Thank you so much

I visited for my puppy’s second vaccine and was impressed by how clean the practice was. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. I appreciated that they are still taking covid seriously too.

Always put the animal first. Not perfect at the admin side of things, but neither is my GP surgery! Computers are the enemy of any place that puts care of life first. My animals have gone through the mill and the vets and nurses here have taken the best care of them that they possibly could. I'm very happy to recommend them wholeheartedly.

Jaimin Patel, in particular, is a great vet and we have been seeing him with our various dogs for over 25 years!

Dear Barnfield vets,

I am not a vet and I trust your staff but I also trust my instincts. My dog had ripped his nail is two halves. My dog was walking normally but I knew it was very painful so I went to the vet to get it checked. It was recommended to do an operation with sedation and local anaesthetic for around £670.
I wasn't worried about the nail been taken out which would never grow back, I was concerned about my dog being sedated who lives a natural live and does not take much medication in general. I asked my alternative vet who recommended to keep the wound dry, clean and wrap it for a couple of days. I did give my dog antibiotics for 5 days, wrapped it for two weeks every time I took him out, the nail is healing very nicely and almost back to complete normal. I gave my dog animal pain killers but I know it effected my dog's stomach.

I still feel this team is very dedicated! and knowledgeable but it doesn't have to be an invasive operation straightaway. There are more gentle and natural options with less after effects which can be considered first.
