I was there more than months about my kitten. All the staff were so kind. We made appointments for her 1 vaccines and they also put this one for fleas. I don't know which ones they use. But my kitten is full with fleas. The second one i give her, because when i went there it was early. I give her yesterday i also spray all the house. Today i kill more than 10 fleas and they still there. I'm not happy of this. I prefer ro change me a bit more but ny little kitten to have good product and to be protected. I hope her vaccine is ok because i let her outside the garden sometime!! I'm not happy at all!

Best vet! Staff are always very friendly and attentive. I have actually moved slightly out of the area but will make the journey back because i know my cat will get the best possible care here.

Love this practice! The vets are friendly and always willing to talk through anything I have questions on. They also found a long term solution to my cat’s arthritis that means he doesn’t have to live on pain medication.

First of all, i would like to say that the nurses and staff are polite and have treated my cat very well. With that said my main issue is that I was quoted £218 to spay my cat. Everything went smoothly but when it came to paying I was charged £268. In the moment I didn't notice as I was focused on my cat. When I called the office to ask why I had been overcharged, I was told it was an error and that I would get a refund. When I asked roughly how long it would take to process the refund, I was told that they don't know. This is unacceptable.

Edit.
It has been over month since I requested a refund and I have not heard anything. I will not be returning and I do not recommend this dishonest establishment.

They gave a wrong flea treatment for my indoor cat (not sufficient for her weight). I combined the flea treatment with hoovering multiple times a week + spraying the house and I could still see multiple fleas on my cat and around the house over the course of 2 months.

After consulting with a different vet clinic, my cat was given a different treatment, suitable for her body weight. Significantly more effective.

The service was fine for general problems. Polite receptionists etc.
My cat fell ill December 2021 and with previous tests, blood work, indicators it's extremely clear now I am clued up on his illness what it was. Somehow the vet completely over looked the obvious symptoms and suggested we either do all the tests right now (bloods, scan, urinalysis, over night watch) or give him a pain killer or euthanasia. It's a highly emotional and stressful experience taking your animal in in the first place, I left feeling traumatised. Extremely drastic to even suggest the latter. Why could his medical history not have been looked over for clues? He had signs and symptoms pointing directly towards kidney disease, me not being a vet didn't know these symptoms. Until I moved vets and my cat was diagnosed with stage 4 kidney disease. He passed away 3 months ago and I'm so heartbroken this is something I could have been managing earlier and given him a better chance at living a longer life.
