Vets4Pets Dunstable

Dominic and the team have always taken great care of my Staffordshire bull terrier form his first emergency visit 11 years ago to routine visits and continue to care for him in his twilight years.

Phoned vets4pets Dunstable for my puppy to see if I can register him so he could see a vet. Receptionist was quite short and rude with me and went on to say they was not taking on any more clients and that I need to go elsewhere. I understand vets can only have a certain capacity of clients as I do run a business myself but I would never have that tone this receptionist had with me with my potential clients!

My dog has been registered with this practice for 12 years and I called today for an emergency appointment and they would not see her, the nurse on the phone told me to call other practices!! I was left with no choice and they all said the vet my dog was registered with have a duty of care to see my dog and were astonished an appointment wasn’t offered.
My 2 other dogs who are sadly no longer with us were also registered at this practice and they have always been brilliant but since Terence Changara left it seems it has gone down hill. I will never ever use this vets again after my experience today. If anyone wants to see Terence he now owns his own practice at Vets4pets in Hatfield. Disgusting service from this vets, extremely unsympathetic and unhelpful. Will NEVER use again.

We brought Casper in, the vet thoroughly explained what he felt had happened, he said anti biotics injection and all would heal and it is healing nicely

From start to finish the friendliness and helpfulness of every member of the team I interacted with was just fantastic.

The reception staff knew what needed to happen when I arrived and had everything ready for me so completion of registering my pet was easy and straight forward.

The vet we saw was very informative and listened to us and explained everything to us and gave us explanation as to why certain things would have to wait until our next visit. My pets health was the most important and I felt at ease.

It's reassuring to know that I would not have any care concerns or any concerns leaving my pet in their care is such a relief.

The Vet we saw for my cat seemed geniuiny interested in my cats welfare, and took the time to answer all of my questions.

My pet olliie had been quite distressed. The vet explained it was his annal glands which the vet sorted very quickly alleviating Ollies pain and discomfort. I am always very pleased with the vet care received.
