Young Veterinary Partnership Chiswick

Very happy with this practice, I take my two dogs to this clinic and one of them had a eye removed due to a cancer. 5 stars for staff friendliness both with owners and pets, very competent vets. Overall I give a 4 stars review as there is not much space in the observation area and is not open all day, although being open in the evening hours is quite helpful.

Clara is the best vet i have ever met. She is very nice and honest, make you feel comfortable and answer all your questions with good explanations you can understand perfectly and it all makes sense when she explains.
I tried a couple of vets before and I did feel they were trying to up-sell lots of things...while Clara was completely honest and helpful and really seem to care about my dog, which is the most important thing to me.

On our 1st visit the vet didn't notice the eye infection. Also my dog wasn't checked properly overall. The other thing is that the person on the reception was telling me nonsense regarding the castration I was planning which wasn't matching the vet's words... I had to cancel the visit before the vet arrive and to look for a different veterinary clinic. Such a great waste of time. They are not aware of what each other are talking to the clients so if you pay attention you find how unprofessional is the service there. Huge disappointment.

I have been using the Young Veterinary practice for many years and they have treated 4 dogs over their lifetimes and currently one cat. The Vets and nurses have all been extremely professional and very kind. My pets could not have had better treatment.

Took great care of our cats having spaying surgery. They recovered quickly and we appreciated the 2 follow up checks included in the price. We’ve used them for previous pet too.

As a new pet owner I didn’t know anything about cats. On one occasion when my cat needed care the Nurse in chiswick branch was so caring and kind, both over the phone and when I piped in to the clinic. Thank you
