Vets4Pets - Woking

The vets itself I could not rate high enough, there compassion on such a medical emergency as my situation was, was amazing very helpful, fast and looked after my cat with such love and made sure I was OK with everything unfortunately my cat could not be saved but the vet and the nurse helping her was amazing they allowed me to say goodbye to my cat with peace and calm, I was scared from a previous experience at another vets but here the staff are first class. The receptionist was amazing to the way she dealt with my emergency was calming and efficient. Its hard to put into words ss if I'm rambling.

Jo your receptionist is wonderful she has been with Harley through his whole journey. She makes us feel welcome and always puts Harley at his ease.

The staff are always welcoming and friendly, especially Jo on reception.
I travel quite a distance just because every member of staff is genuinely interested in animals and are as friendly with them to.

The staff at Woking Vets4Pets appeared to I automatically have deaf awareness and seem to know how to communicate with Deaf people. Staff took time to explain to my husband and l. Dr Jade kindly emailed afterwards what was explained during Fizz’s consultation. Big thank you to all.

From the receptionists to the vets (especially Steve) they offer and provide an outstanding service and show genuine care for the animals. Been with this vet practice for a long time and wouldn't go anywhere else. I know my dog in safe hands with them. No issue is too big or too small and they always do what they can to help.

I recommend these guys to absolutely everyone who will listen! I'm really shocked at the negative comments below. Steve has been amazing with my dog who has needed major surgery on a tumour, and has just had 2 more removed. The prognosis isn't good and he has been honest and straight talking (which I'm guessing is wrongly taken as rude by some), compassionate, realistic and has gone above and beyond each time I've taken Izzy in. I've also had a previous dog put to sleep there by Alex. Again, compassionate, patient, lets you go at your own pace and was lovely. The receptionists (I've cried over Gemma many times now) are outstanding. Always helpful, always caring, get to know you personally and make you feel like you're their only client. If you're looking for a vet that will tell it as it is and treat your pet as their own, these are your guys.

Absolutely amazing staff.... from the reception staff to the vets.
They are all fantastic and we would not want to take our Doberman anywhere else.
In over 8 years of being registered with Vets4Pets, we have always managed to get an appointment when required and on an occasion recently when our dog was in heart failure, they not only saved her but they were so supportive and caring towards myself and my husband.
In our eyes, they are true heroes. Thank you Vets4Pets Woking.

Dog has ear infection, took there 3 times in a row but still not cured. Won't trust them anymore
