City Vets in Whipton

Emergency with poisoned dog. Uncaring, unprofessional attitude from the receptionist. A lot of time wasted which could have seen my dog absorb the pills. Eventually saw the Vet who gave my dog the necessary treatment. Luckily my dog is now fine.

The staff here are the best! We've always been greeted with kindness. How they remember my dog's name is wonderful!

Wonderful staff who excel at compassion and understanding. They made the loss of our 14 year old fur baby a little easier and gave us time to grieve without feeling like a burden.

I have only just started using this branch of city vets and I can't believe the difference. From the extremely helpful receptionist , and the two lady vets who were very kind and professional, I couldn't be happier .Would have no hesitation in recommending this practice .5 star service .

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, both vets Caroline and Hannah always understand our cat Buffy’s needs and always advise us on the options available to us for our 21 year old cat.

Reception with Marie is always a chat first and it helps having a friendly face at “front of house”. Nursing team always on hand to hand out advice on medication and how to administer.

Overall a pleasure experience in what could be a stressful situation when you have an elderly animal, but they make it all so normal and we appreciate that

First time using these vets being new to Exeter. Very good service from initial call to appointment. Vet was great, comprehensive examination and treatment. We are pleased we signed up with Coty Vets.
