Medivet Frimley Green – Kynoch Vets

I have been going to Kynoch vets frimley for over 7 years and my dog surprisingly loves going to the vets! She gets so excited to see Chris and his team as they’re always so friendly and give her lots of attention. I always know my dogs in safe hands at Kynoch.

Follow up appointment today lasted less than 5 minutes to be told that our dog's skin was healing. Yes we could see that! No other relevant advice. Cost £42. What a joke. After 5 dogs and 3 cats and loyalty for over 30 years now looking to move to another vets who charge less than £504/hour for absolutely zilch.

The vet was brilliant but unfortunately the receptionist did not have any compassion. Our 11 week old pup died and receptionist phoned us on the way home whilst we were grieving asking us to settle the bill despite knowing we were going back the next day to pick up our pup to take to crematorium. Very disappointed and disrespectful

I had to pay a visit to Kynoch vets after I tried to jump a fence that was a little beyond my physical capabilities. Chris tidied me up and gave me little injection to aid my recovery, I didn't feel a thing. The reception staff are always courteous and make a fuss of me. I'm back home now on the mend and ready to have another crack at that fence.

Very good vets and great customer service! Great with the anaimals and very caring! And willing to explain anything you need to know! Only thing is needs a carpark not alot of places to park there!

Everyone at the surgery are always incredibly friendly and happy to help. Gaia has been amazing with our puppy. She has always provided great care and is always willing to discuss and answer any questions and concerns. Would highly recommend this veterinary surgery.

I cannot speak highly enough of all the employees at Kynoch Vets, They looked after our Dalmatian "Milly" from 8 weeks old until she was 13 and we had to sadly let her go. An amazing team that I will always be grateful to have looking after pets.
