Medivet Potters Bar

Firstly the receptionist that initially registered my kitten was very helpful and honest about the services and what I needed and what was available without trying to sell me something that wasn't of any use to me. The vet who checked my kitten and gave him his worming treatment was also great and explaining what I would need moving forward recommending products and services and giving me an accurate timeline but most of all he had advised me prior to buying our kitten on what to look for and measures to take. In a time when everything is uncertain the customer service of this practice definitely isnt. Brilliant service

Decided to move over your practice after reading reviews. I saw Will and he was very enthusiastic and knowledgable. Discussed my dogs health problems in depth with a detailed plan, nothing was rushed and he was willing to answer all my questions. Very happy I changed vets.

Friendly staff, always able to get an appointment when needed and they are taking great care of my kitten, would definitely recommend this practice.

Amazing level of care from Thea, Will and the rest of the team between Potters Bar and Enfield emergency hospital who helped saved my 10 year old dogs life this weekend when she needed urgent surgery. Thank you.

Money oriented vets would not recommend I had a procedure on my dogs ear which cost me £700 it didn’t help I was then told to buy meds that didn’t work either incompetence.

The staff were absolutely lovely and took great care of our pet. Would highly recommend for being extremely professional, taking the time to address each of our concerns and going that extra mile to treat all animals with love and care. Thank you for a wonderful service and so glad to have such amazing vets local xx
