I live on a small holding and because all my pets are getting old, I am constantly finding myself needing the vet. I have seen Francesca on numerous occasions recently and she has shown a great interest in all my animals. Francesca came out today to send Dolly (sheep) to “rainbow bridge”. Francesca was lovely, explaining everything and not concerned that I was a blubbering wreck. Although Dolly was a sheep she was part of our family for 13 years and Francesca realised this. My daughter is at RVC and if she turns out half the person/vet Francesca is I will be happy. Moorland Vets you are lucky to have her.

I had to take my cat in to the vets out of hours at 10.30pm after he had been clipped by a car.
I called the number and was told it was not a problem to bring him in.
The Vet on call was very professional and caring.
I was put at ease during the visit and received a follow up call the next morning to check how he was doing.
Thank you for the help in a less than ideal situation.

Just been to collect my little dog in his casket, where i was greeted by a very rude man on reception who told me to go to the window outside, where I was then handed a brown paper bag with my dog inside by a young girl, who showed no compassion or sympathy of the loss of an animal, and as a vets that's something i would expect of them as they are supposed to look after and treat our pets and they didnt even care. I even said this is a very disrespectful way to be handed over my little dog in his casket. No sorry for your loss or anything, they weren't bothered about the loss of my pet, and for a vets to show no compassion or respect is disgraceful. They were more bothered about payment than the care for my pet the whole time I had service there.

I’m not registered with this vets - but last week after our vets of 8 yrs refused to come out to put our beloved Doberman to sleep because they were to busy. We were recommended to Moorland vets. We as family cannot thank you enough for help we received.
Thank you.

Our recent loss Ziva ....
We have no words for your kindness, care , compassion ,
support n love for Ziva and our family you stood by us 100% during her illness since 2014 ...
You helped with the grief and returning her back to us and we are eternally grateful.
Most definatley the best vets around from the vets themselves, the nurses and the fantastic reception staff...
Much love to you all

We have been with moorlands for 4 yrs now . Can’t rate highly enough . If I could give 10 star I would . We have domestic animals and farm animals and they look after them all . We have had to have an emergency call out recently for one of our goats, Francesca one of the vets, was amazing . She Gave us all the options for treatment and was so caring, kind and professional. Highly recommended.

Absolutely outstanding service from reception (phone and in person) to 2 separate Vets (Helen and Francesca?) and a lovely Vet nurse. Hugely impressed.

Vet very professional ,friendly and quick, thank you! Unfortunately receptionist seemed quite abrupt, annoyed and impatient.Probably because I did not order wormers in advance which was never a problem before....never seen her before but made me feel uncomfortable. Applying Basic people/customer skills would be recommended!thank you!
