Unprofessional & Liars & Aggressive.
1. Took 6+ weeks to make a referral (without price quoting) for a specialist diagnostics in another clinic, after multiple calls & emails.
2. Didn't manage to make a correct referral in the end (notwithstanding direct request in the email).
3. Offered to do several tests in-house on the phone (blood, urine), which they couldn't. On the day of the tests explained these cannot be done in-house (extra charge).
4. Following questions about the poor services provided (as above) & refusing to pay for the referral (as per agreement with the branch manager over the phone // recorded), suggested calling the police to remove me & my pet from the premises.
5. Fortunately, we were able to remove ourselves without help :)
Overall, extremely bad. These people shall not touch an animal.

They promptly assisted me and our family dog in an emergency and were really professional. Highly recommended for anyone needing a vet in Rye area.

I don’t generally leave reviews but I am compelled to do so. Please don’t register with this vet. They have no availability, very high staff turnover and high fees.
They are not adequately staffed to handle routine vaccinations and travel documents. Due to the pandemic they are overwhelmed. It is not a family business, instead it is owned by private equity and is run purely for profit. They were unable to give me an appointment for my dogs vaccination even through she needed one. The practice manager refused to take responsibility. A very negative experience: profit comes before the welfare of your pet.

Turned up without an appointment and seen quickly and most efficiently at a reasonable cost as well. Great staff and service which put the needs of the pet at the forefront and made sure she was comfortable.

Professional and helpful team. Always taking good care of their pupils. All of our animals always treated in we way.

Needed an emergency appointment on a Saturday for a nasty wound on my dog and they fitted me in even though I was not registered with them. Very professional and caring. Thank you!

The staff our our Vet Lindsay took very good care of our beautiful cat Murray, sadly he had terminal cancer so we had to make the extremely difficult decision to end he's suffering, the procedure was carried out with great care and respect for Murray and ourselves.
