Lowesmoor House Veterinary Centre

I have been with my previous vets in Malvern for many years and was reluctant and anxious to change to a new vet in worcester after moving here. However, I am very pleased with the service I received at Lowesmoor House. The vet that examined my dogs was kind, caring and informative.
The other staff I came into contact with were all lovely.

Fantastic vets very good and friendly staff explained everything that was going to be done to my little dog NERA who was very scared but the care she had was excellent I’m one happy dog owner happy I chose them as my vets ❤️

I couldn't ask for a more dedicated team that care about my cats as much as I do. Everytime I bring them in, I feel safe in the knowledge that they will be treated by a team of caring and knowledgeable people who are so welcoming and make me feel completely at ease.

I can highly recommend Lowesmoor House Vet. We have an old boy who is suffering from heart disease and they have swiftly diagnosed him and put him on meds that instantly helped, we get a bit panicky if he faints etc but they always put our minds at ease, they are very delicate and compassionate and don't mind me calling with all the questions! Even when it comes to realising that he isn't going to be around for much longer they make it sound a bit better with ensuring he lives best life as he possibly could for the rest of his time. Really appreciate the care our dog gets from Lowesmoor Vet.

when it came to the decision of having to choose a vet for the cat it was difficult, because I wanted to feel safe that my boy was in good hands!! I chose this view and I don't regret it.... they are kind, considerate and always ready to help recently my cat got into a big problem and they are always available...it was the best choice for my Felix vet Hannah,vet Chris,nurse Chloe...the receptionists all the staff note excellent.

Best vets I have ever been to the staff are so helpful and kind and they really take there time with the animals I never feel rushed when I’m in there and if I have ever needed help just a phone call to them and they give me the help and support i need

Always welcoming everytime and Roie always runs up the drive to get in...she gets anxious as soon as she gets in but all staff give her a fuss and treats help too X
