Moved from London to Denver recently and our two cats arrived safely. Pet Air was very communicative, but the thing they could do better would be to explain what to do, step-by-step, once you arrive at your destination and go through customs. Complete confusion when we arrived but we managed to sort it out.

I cannot praise these guys enough. Excellent and reassuring at every step of the way.

Was quoted £650 to transport 2 cats from Gatwick to London. After booking flights and effectively cutting off my other options, they upped the price to £825 after I accepted, refusing to honour their original quote. Very very dishonest business practice - avoid and use a more reputable company if possible.

Great service. Worth every penny! Our dog, Zoey, was very relaxed when we picked her up from the airport.

Everyone was very helpful from the moment we made enquires to the very warm and friendly driver who picked her up for her flight.

We never had to worry about paperwork. It was all taken care of.

A big thank you to Sarah at Petair UK (import agent UK) and the way things were carried out with export agent Dynamic air cargo (export agent Thailand). The help, advice and professional way that things were arranged between you both was amazing, it took so much stress away. We chose you two based upon the helpfull information we received with our online quote and so glad we followed up to assign you as our agents. The communication of e-mails took us through every detail required nudging us closer to the finish line. That finish line came and went on 6th June, both Moo mee and Panda have now starting enjoying life again with us their owners along the coastal land of the New Forest National Park, Hampshire, we would of struggled without you Sarah so thanks again for the way you guided us through, We shall of course recommend you guys to anyone we meet that wishes to transport their dogs by air in similar circumstances as us.

Amazing service. Highly recommend

PetAir UK helped with clearing customs at LHR and onward transportation. The real star of the show however was Arnie, the driver. He was so kind and considerate and clearly loves cats. He kept us updated as to their arrival time and once delivered stayed on another 20 minutes to ensure they had settled into their new home. It’s stressful flying pets long haul especially in this case where due to delays they incurred an additional 12 hour wait inside their crates before flying. A little empathy goes a long way.
