City Vets in Alphington

Outstanding vets. We are regulars at Buddle Lane for old and new pets. More recently new with puppies Maggie and Daisy. Wouldn't go anywhere else and the whole team truly put there heart and sole into each and every animal and human. xx

I have been coming here for years with my cats and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend City Vets, Alphington. I have also been to the Buddle Lane & Heavitree branches. My cats are greeted by name and made to feel calm & relaxed. Special mention for Hannah, she’s absolutely brilliant- especially with humans too!

A visit to the vet is rarely a pleasant experience, as our animals are not very well. If the experience can be made better, a visit is made much easier. The team here do just that. Very friendly and very supportive. Nothing was too much trouble and every question I had was answered simply. I cannot recommend this vets and the team highly enough.

We found City Vets in Alphington Exeter to be highly professional and very caring. We got appointments the same day on 3 occasions when our cat was poorly. Sadly our cat had to be put to sleep because of neurological problems but they made it as stress free for us and our cat as possible. Can't fault them.

Update: Just had another wonderful experience here. Hannah made my children feel like they were capable and responsible, and feel like they were good humans to our cats. She was soothing and confident with our cats too. Cannot rate them highly enough!

The staff were friendly and helpful. They have really made the Covid-19 guidance easy to follow. Out kittens had a lovely experience, as it is quiet and calm. There was easy on-site parking. There website is also very easy to use.

Great practice. Animals treated with care and kindness, owners with great empathy. Clinic rooms always clean and smelling good. Been with city vets many years, happy with their service and care.

What a wonderful little Vets, my dog Franc unfortunately does not like Vets, we have not long moved to the area, and registered Franc with City Vets, I was dreading taking Franc to a New Vet, but what a difference, the Vet was patient, Kind and took his time with Franc, which obviously made a great difference to Franc, yes Franc was a little upset having to have his ears done, but not half as upset as he used to get at my old Vets surgery. I would definitely recommend this Vets, the Vet was wonderful.

Cityvets are honestly the best vets here in Exeter. They are so understanding and friendly and will always take us in as soon as they can. Would recommend
