Grange Hill Veterinary Centre

Lovely, clean building, examination rooms and reception area. Lots of info on display, helpful receptionist, vet nurses and vets. I like the idea of waiting to be called into the building, helps keep all the animals safe and free from distress. Would recommend to anyone

From the moment I contacted Grange Hill vets I was confident that my cat would receive good care. Reception staff were very friendly and gave me an appointment the same day. The vet was warm and friendly and my cat was happy to be handled by her.

Good service. Very knowledgeable about our cats. Have looked after them for years. Cannot comment as to whether they are expensive because I wouldn't look elsewhere. Top vets.

Good caring service provided. Staff genuinely care about the animals and take their time to explain procedures and treatment with customers. Only downside is the insistence on sticking to social distancing measures and waiting in your car, which result in delays for scheduled appointments.

I can’t fault this surgery. The reception staff, nurses and vets have all been very good. It makes a big difference to have a friendly greeting with a smile from everyone. The very caring vets take time and never make you feel hurried out (I’ve never needed emergency treatment so I can’t comment on that) I’m very happy with them.

We always get a warm, friendly welcome at Grange Hill vets. Reggie is super happy to see his friends there! I’m confident that the care Reggie gets is caring, professional and trustworthy. I know that his vet is happy to see him doing so well, she genuinely cares and that is so important to us all. Thankyou to everyone at Grange Hill for the continued care and support you’ve given us. I called the practice, being very concerned for our geko. The lady on reception was so helpful and efficient. We saw Emily the vet the next day and she was fantastic. I felt so reassured on leaving, thank you 😊
