Skeldale Medivet Ripon

The vet we saw was very informative and, kind. I felt like I had an option with what we should do to help my dog (I understand sometimes there isn't another option), but I felt like I wasn't pressured into buying additonal things that wouldn't actually make much difference at all to my dogs recovery. I felt the vet was very understanding of my dogs needs, there was a scared dog in the back making a bit of noise, but she kept a calm positive tone which helped calm my dog when we needed him to be calm. Perfect vet experience friendly, polite, and professional

Seem vets expensive but very polite and easy to get my pet sorted. Better to get percription and buy on line which is lot cheaper than vets.

Excellent customer servce from the receptionist/nurse and very professionaal interaction with the vet. Eased our concern over our dog's condition and the medication provided is already having good effect.

Very dissapoitment today, usually Everything was good, people very friendly, Today I came pick up drops for my cat, the receptionist young woman find very rude, She said she have to wait for vet to give me drops so I said okay, if she can just let me know when they ready I will wait in the car, I ve been waiting about 15 minutes nobody call me so I gone back there, the receptionist sat very comfortable in her chair, I told her that I am busy and how long will take, then with unhappy face she gave me drops and said "thanks", very disrespectfully. I am prefer go to Thirsk where staff have respect to customer.

They always have the welfare and care foremost in the treatment and advice of our pets and I would recommend this vet practice to anybody,
