The Vale Veterinary Centre

First day at this vets for my dog . Staff were very friendly and put Rosie at ease as she was nervous meeting them. Happy with the customer service so far and would recommend.

The vale vets is a lovely, kind and helpful place. The receptionists are always happy and friendly and understanding. The vets and nurses are the same and can't do enough for you. Wonderful service ♡

Exceptional care for my dog when he got ill when we were on holiday. Went out of their way to help on Bank Holiday and through the week. Everyone from the call handler to vets to receptionists were professional and helpful. 10/10

Absolutely terrible service. We were told to come in after requesting a Health Certificate for export to Zimbabwe. Upon arrival, we were told that because staff concluded that apparently ZIMBABWE IS IN EUROPE, they were only prepared to arrange a European Health Certificate. A month after we booked our appointment. This will cost us potentially thousands in rearranged travel as we can no longer make our flights. No apology or explanation or help offered. When we asked what we should do to rectify their mistake, no options offered.

Incredibly poor customer service. Avoid this place like the plague.

My cat went in for an ultrasound on Tuesday and then needed surgery on Wednesday. Unfortunately the surgery wasn't as straightforward as originally thought so she was transferred to Cullompton and monitored for 48 hours.

The care the staff at both Honiton and Cullompton gave has been outstanding. My cat is a very nervous and feisty girl, but they were all extremely patient with her and fully understood her needs.

The vets, nurses, and receptionists were great with keeping me updated on her progress too and were happy to take my calls for updates - I never felt like a nuisance.

She is now home and still needs care and monitoring. I honestly cannot thank the Vale team enough for their kindness, their expertise, and their patience. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you!

Brilliant vets. Very helpful and nothing is ever to much trouble. All staff always Very helpful and polite. Most of all they always put our puppy at ease. Thank you 😊
