So easy to book an appointment and register our puppy Finney. Finney was well looked after and had his 2nd vaccination with ease, very impressed with the service and reasonable cost of treatment. Very happy!

Saw their exotic vet Craig who was amazing. Recently saw him for the first time after my previous vet retired and wish I'd gone to see him sooner. The advice he gave was amazing. Not only did he deal with the problem I went with but I also learned more during that one appointment than I ever did with my former vet. Would highly recommend to any exotic pet owner.

Over the 12 years we had our Akita, we have seen a few vets. We were recommended Chine House a number of years ago, who did not disappoint. They have consistently been absolutely fantastic, from the reception team, right through to the nurses and vets. They’ve been on the journey with us, right through to coming home a few days ago to help us say goodbye to our best friend. Can’t recommend Chine House enough, they truly are the best vets in Leicestershire.

So lucky to have this great vets in the village, I have been taking my dogs to them for years and they offer a very friendly and competitively priced service.
Always great with my dogs and offer all the help and advice you could want.

My bella was not well and they made everything so comfortable for her, they are the best vets i have ever gone to and would never go anywhere else in the future, even received this today made me cry but such a lovely thing to do, everyone there including the reception desk was so good to us, thank you

I had my first vet visit with Craig and he was just simply amazing and made me feel at ease. He gave me incredible advise and even took the time to write down some useful website links to help me with my gecko.

Went today with benson and beau, my two patterdales for jabs. Very good receptionist and didn't have to wait long. Vet was very good and clipped the nails as well. Very clean and tidy place. Impressed
