Vets4Pets - Kettering

They were extremely professional and sympathetic to us when we had to say goodbye to our beloved cat. The process was peaceful and dealt with with great dignity. Every member of staff from the reception staff to the vet herself was extremely kind which genuinely made a difference to us. Many thanks to you all

We love it there. The reception staff are always friendly and helpful. Chris, our vet treats the pets like his own. Never suggests something that he thinks wouldn't be worth it. Its always lovely and clean there too

Great for Rabbits. Otis the Netherland dwarf had a great time for his dental treatment. He tells me (with a face full of kale and hay) that he was very well looked after and pampered. Thank-you

From the moment of ringing up for information regarding a hard decision about my elderly hamster , the staff has been nothing but great. They spoke kindly and empathised with me as a pet owner , and were lovely in sad moments. Thank you

My overall first time experience with this practise was absolutely amazing, all the staff was very polite and went out of their way for customer as well as the animals. My kitten was brought in for a spay operation and the care right from the beginning up until collecting her was kept up to date on everything they had done and how she was interacting with the staff etc. However on my arrival to collect my kitten I had spoken to a receptionist and stated I was here to collect my kitten and proceeded to tell her the animal I was collecting and the outstanding balance I needed to pay. She was quick enough to take payment but very rudely that I was arriving 10minutes earlier than I stated, even though the vet nurse I spoken to on the phone to arrange collection I had stated 2//2:10pm as I had to collect my children from school, which she was more than happy for me to do that. The receptionist then rudely said I’ll go find out so I waited in the waiting room, she came back to the front desk not speaking a word or an update etc just left me waiting. Very rude, also overheard the same lady discussing a confidential matter with another receptionist prior to a phone call she had taken from a customer.

Overall apart from the front desk staff, all the vets/nurses. Was amazing and delivered excellent care towards myself and my animal.

Called emergency line when my dog was having a seizure for the first time, most unhelpful emergency vets I've ever called, kept getting passed back and forth between this one and another only to have received zero help or advise. Do not recommend.

Staff very friendly and helpful from the minute we booked the appointment through to leaving with our dog showing signs of improvement. Good explanations throughout and all staff were very understanding of our concern for our pet.

Had an emergency appointment on Christmas Eve as my practise in Corby was full. We were swiftly seen by the vet who was very kind to our dog and offered useful advice to help leviate our dog's condition. We are very greatful for such excellent service. Thank you.
