Northland Vets, Kettering always extend a warm and friendly welcome to my dog, to me and my husband. Receptionists, nurses and vets always try to make the visit as pleasant for my pet as possible. Cats and dogs have separate areas which makes it easier for cats and small animals...great idea. I would recommend them.

New Kettering surgery is a great improvement on the old one and has much better parking facilities than before. I've used Northlands for all my pets for over 50 years and always found them to be very helpful and caring. I always recommend them to others.

After being told by a supermarket vet to put my dog to sleep i decided to try northlands. Been to this vets twice now on both occasions found the vets so helpful explaining all my options. Reception have always been helpful getting the right appointments. Northlands is a little more expensive but you do get what you pay for. I don't feel like I've been overcharged as both vets have taken the time to explain my options (something I didn't get with the "supermarket vet" ) so thank you northlands for the extra time I have with my pet

Despite my cat not surviving due to extensive trauma and through no fault of the vets, the team did everything they could and I am so grateful for the kindness and empathy extended to me. I wasn't registered at this vet, called when I found my cat injured, explained the emergency and rushed in. They were ready for me and immediately began treatment. I was an absolute mess, and the patience, professionalism and understanding given was so appreciated.
Thank you for your help and giving her that chance. I highly recommend this practice, wonderful team.

Northland vets are the best i have a tiny chihuahua that's a diva but the vets and nurses have always treated him with care and compassion. They have never dismissed my concerns but have listened and reassured me. Fantastic service every time. Thank you.

We visited a few weeks ago to have our dog put to sleep. Despite never attending the practice before we were treated with professional care and kindness. The staff helped us cope with one of the hardest things to do. Thank you

Neo and I can’t thank them enough! The kindness, compassion and genuine care given to us during his recent illness was absolutely first class. Neo’s back to his normal self now, but I am in no doubt the reason he was back home so quickly is because of the level of attention given to him. Greg the vet was very calming, giving us our options and allowing time during our assessment on arrival (having been transferred from our normal vets). Emma at reception was super lovely, gave me all the details and further reassurance putting my mind at rest, and the nurse who brought him back from the ward after his overnight stay (sorry I didn’t catch your name), gave clear aftercare information as well as it all written down inside his medication pack.
Even when calling in 24 hours later, the 2 people I spoke to were genuinely interested in making sure Neo was getting the best options going forwards.

A truly fantastic team, thank you so much. I just wished we lived closer so you could be our regular vets! 🐾🫶🏼

Ps. You should definitely consider a branch in Rugby, there is no 24h emergency care in the area for miles, and Rugby is a large town with lots of surrounding villages, not to mention Daventry & Lutterworth nearby. Your Kettering branch or a competitors Leamington branch is the nearest…

Had my cat euthanised in July of 2021, this bunch who said they’d send me a bill shortly after, send me a bill in January of 2023, I’m not begrudging paying it, but do you think over a year plus to send an invoice, and with threatening yellow highlighted debt collection statements is an acceptable way to run a business? What if I’d moved house? I’d end up with a CCJ for something that I hadn’t been sent an invoice for in spite of calling them shorty after the event to discuss settling up, as if it’s my problem your accounts team are incompetent? Sort your **** out!
