Rase Veterinary Centre - Lincoln Newark Road

They we're very helpful , the vet she was lovely because ruby my dog don't like having medication so the vet gave her the tablet . They receptionist was so helpful too.

Absolutely amazing vets. Everyone is very professional and happy to help, they make my pet feel as comfortable as it possibly can during any of the visits and most importantly they do not overcharge for anything comparing to other vet practice I was with. I can't recommend them enough!

Brilliant vets. Staff are kind and informative and always on hand to answer questions. I’ve found the management staff to be great. Everything is really clean and spacious. Both me and my cat are made to feel at ease when we come here. Thank you 🙂

Lovely staff and not too expensive. Went for flea drops. Cats have to be checked over before getting given these types. I have been previously charged at other vets for 3 appointments for my 3 cats plus flea drop fee. They only charge for 1 appt to see the 3. It makes such a massive difference to price. Removed my mention of a ops theatre. Good to know however I'd like to reflect my recent experience which has made me rethink my star rating.

Recently visited and been disappointed. Blood test taken and results given as negative. When I go with an issue with a cat. Negative does not give me a solution or way forward to fix or understand the issue. Had to push for some further information which was go speak to a pet shop about food. You guys are meant to tell me!

I cannot fault the Newark Road branch.

A few weeks ago our dog collapsed and had to be taken to the Market Rasen branch for emergency out of hours care where he stayed for a couple of days. The interactions with Market Rasen were fantastic when speaking with the vets, but the day we wanted to bring our boy home before saying goodbye we found the receptionist to be very short and rude with us. We got past that and the Market Rasen branch agreed for us to take our boy home before scheduling an appointment with the Newark Road branch to say goodbye. The vets at Market Rasen were fantastic and we can't fault the care that he had, but being greeted with a rude and abruptive member of reception staff on the day we were going to say goodbye really didn't help.

Despite that, the Market Rasen branch had really good communication with our local Rase practice (Lincoln). We scheduled a time that was suitable for us with the Newark Road branch. All of the staff were lovely and gave us plenty of time with our boy before going through the procedure and what to expect.

We've had nothing but fantastic service with the Newark Road branch. We arrived for our appointment and were shown nothing but patience and sympathy. Even after saying goodbye, they allowed us time to sit with him and even took a paw print with a lock of hair for our memories. Nothing was rushed, it was all on our terms.

We really recommend Rase - please just note that the reception manner we experienced at the Market Rasen branch has never been a reflection of the Newark Road one. As the out of hours they were probably under immense pressure. Newark Road staff should be commended for their understanding and sympathetic manner. They really put us at ease during a really difficult time. Thank you all for your work.

The nurses,vets and receptionists went above and beyond for my very nervous rottweiler, who had been refused spaying elsewhere, saying she was nasty. They explained everything, listened to what we said about her and treated her like the most important animal in the world. The whole team deserve the highest praise, in my opinion

Our beautiful Cocker Spaniel "Teddy" has just had surgery to have a lot of teeth removed at the age of 10 years old. The vets and the receptionist where very professional and took the time to explain everything to us from the blood tests plus another visit before surgery when he wasn't well.. We was fitted in quickly and seen on time.. I'm glad we stopped using teddy's old vets that where over priced and hard to see or hardly open in Waddington.. Teddy now has the best vets and best care.. Thank you very much to all at Rase Vets

Lovely Vet took time to explore our cats issues and made sensible recommendations for his care and needs going forward. Recommend highly.
