I have used Orwell Vets for a good few years and without fail they have provided all I could expect and more

Very sensitive to my needs and my cat. The staff are warm and go over and above to be helpful even when busy .
When my cat was attacked by a dog they made every effort to enable us to walk through the reception without any dogs in the waiting area. I would highly recommend them for their manner and ways of making you feel they have all the time in the world for you even when under pressure themselves.

Have used Orwell vets for years, with out rabbit around 15 years ago, my husky for 8 years, starting with a puppy party (it's as good as it sounds) and handled any treatment and care right up until they had to handle her cremation. Excellent service the whole time we wouldn't go anywhere else. They also work with our insurer, Pet Plan, which made any payment for treatment much easier. Highly recommended.

Both of our dogs have been with Orwell Vets and we have always had a very good experience. The vets are very good with our nervous rescue. We have always found everyone at the clinic welcoming and friendly.

I'm very grateful to the staff here. I came in asking for some advise about my cat and was seen to within 5 mins, then due to the problem they scheduled an appointment 45 mins later so i could go and get my cat. I was seen to straight away and doing some quick checks told me what the problem was. The nurse was very gentle and made Tango feel comfortable.

The vet put my cat at ease having it's annual injection. Also talked about possible future health problems with an older feline. Excellent service

I have used this Veterinary practice for years and have never been disappointed. The staff have always been friendly and caring, taking that extra bit of consideration ( making sure that the injection for our dog was at room temperature so that he didn't get a bad reaction. I would recommend Orwell Vets.

Nothing is too much trouble for them they will always do there best to meet your needs for day and time and are very welcoming when you arrive
