Reception staff not overly welcoming, avoid even looking at you most of the time, the receptionist in glasses and hair back in a bun is particularly rude and ignorant. Vets are professional but some are more friendly than others. Tend to find they'll diognosed something it isn't, then charge you, then repeat several times over until the give correct diagnosis. One very big issue is the prices they charge compared to other vets, (£92 to tell me my dog had fleas and 1 tablet!! Then it turns out she didn't have fleas at all) but like most vets they'll use your emotions for your beloved pet to blood your bank account and are very happy to leave an animal to suffer in agony and pain for sake of a few quid.

We experienced outstanding service recently during these testing times. Having described our cat's symptoms on the phone the vetenary nurse was knowledgeable and in consultation with the vet was able to arrange an almost instant appointment. Our cat was seen and treated very efficiently and is now well on the mend. Would definitely recommend!

Just the best vets I have ever been to, They care for all our animals and are both professional and friendly. I believe the way in which they have continued to operate during the Covid pandemic has been admiral, protecting both the safety of staff & customers. Brilliant, Thank you!

Too expensive and not the best customer service. So my advice is "find a better and cheaper option" with "receptionists with better customer service skills There are much better vets in the area to choose from, best avoid this veterinary service.

I have only had my puppy a couple of weeks but he has been to the Vet a couple of times and always a pleasant experience. I really do feel he is in good hands and he loves his cuddles.

This is the second time I've used this practice now and it will certainly be the last. The receptionist just do not interact at all. First visit I was waiting for 38 min past my appointment and this time 18 mins if the vet was busy I could (happily) understand but I was the only in there and I was seen by the nurse anyway. The same nurse who was sat talking to the receptionist for 15 minutes when I first turned up. On both occasions not a word about having to wait "we're a little tied up at the moment " or "we know you're waiting and we'll be with you soon" etc but no..... nothing. Vets and nurses are extremely professional and highly trained without a doubt but to be then charged £44.80 for 1 drop of medication up my puppy's nose (kennel cough) I was totally gobsmacked. Maybe all vets charge nearly 45 quid for one drop up a little dogs nose? I will be going to a different practice next time to find out. Lincs Vet Wragby Road please get your receptionists to be a little more communicative. We're all under pressure and stress and tired

Awful vets, just a quick once over with a stethoscope, not investigating the actual issues, misdiagnosing and causing a weeks delay, giving an anti-inflammatory treatment which masked the very serious actual cause. Seemed to recover only to have to have emergency treatment the very next day. They seem poorly equipped and trained. Always asking how we were paying afterwards even though we used them regularly. This cost our dear pets life even though there was full insurance which would have covered any possible investigation and treatment. Use any other vet, do not risk their life at this practice.
