Staff were so helpful and able to answer all the questions that we had about purchasing a rabbit. They gave us the positive of each breed that they had for sale they also recommend all the things that we would need to care for our new pet.

Staff were very friendly making suggestions to sign up for loyalty club to get a discount off our purchases i will definitely return to this store to get more pet purchases

Reception staff were great; our two Labradors were getting a bit excited in the waiting room and loved the treats that she came out to give them. The vet himself was happy, friendly, professional and unrushed. We left feeling happy that we had received a great service.

The vet explained everything and took into account reggies backround when I told him and also respected my opinion. He was very accommodating and has made special measures for Reggie when he goes in for treatment

Very helpful and lovely staff helped and advised me definitely reccomend only downside with here is they don't have a 24hour vets except Northampton.

Fantastic the vet put my mind at rest, very thorough and knowledgeable. Made us feel comfortable and important. We won't ever go anywhere else now, your stuck with us sorry.

The staff was absolutely lovely and very caring . My pet Tiger was looked after very well. I have no complaints whatsoever.

Usually quite good, we only have 1 dog, but quite often the reminders we get to administer worming or flea treatment, we then have to call and remind the surgery that they haven't sent any out to us to administer. Also we had an annual check up with boosters cancelled before our holiday which means we now cannot board our dog.We are seriously considering having to cancel our holiday because of these vets.
