The gentleman on reception was very nice chatty and helpful. The vet was so nice and very gentle with Luna who is normally very wary of stangers but today Luna just sat there and made no attempt
to escape.
There were three lit candles in reception and a lovely note explaining that a much loved pet was coming to the end of its life and I felt the surgery were being very kind providing that. Its such a horrible time for parents of fur babies l thought it was a lovely thing to do.

I have been with this vet practice now for almost 6 yrs and can honestly say it’s one of the best around. I have had a poorly dog for a long time and he has been more than looked after by this vet practice. The team including all reception staff are so professional, I have dealt with Brad, Sara, jade and Trudie, Trudie even dropped some food off on her way home for me because I couldn’t get there before it closed.. sadly I recently lost my Dog and Fiona Macpherson was incredible, so professional empathetic and warm and made the worst time of my life so much easier.. Fiona Murphy also is a fantastic vet, who can’t do enough for any family and you can see her passion for her work.. highly recommended I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Was on holiday in the area when my dog Rory fell ill. The staff were brilliant with him and spent time in explaining every step. They even gave me a drink when they recognised I was struggling a bit. I can't praise them enough. They made an extremely scary time a lot easier to manage with their care and support. Special shout outs to Mary, Morgan, Kate, Jade, Ebony and Fiona. Thanks so much. Always have taken my dog blue here he will only see fiona and she has been brilliant with him.

Only recently started going here after being at a different vets in Llandudno and wow. We are amazed at the friendliness and how thorough they were with everything. Moving all our animals over to them asap.

What an amazing pet care company, even better with the silver award for cat excellence-no disrespect to dogs, hamsters, rabbits etc.
But as a cat's mother, I know my furbaby was in really good hands. The ladies there did everything to make her appointment as comfortable as possible. Unfortunately the diagnosis wasn't good, I had to have her put to sleep a few days later. The staff there were so compassionate, my furbaby and I had some privacy during her last minutes. It was a beautiful moment I'll never forget. Kudos to both Fiona's and their team of fantastic staff. I'll be back when I get a newbee, knowing she'll be in good hands too 😻

The first time there wasn't so bad in terms of the vet showing interest in our puppy's future well being but the receptionist was pretty awful staring with a judgmental look her face. The second visit my partner went to knock on the door to only have to wait 5 minutes until then said receptionist came up to the door to gesture hold on a minute and then also took our name and temperature and appointment time which was 5:30 pm on the 23rd july. We were only seen at quarter to 6 when the vet came out to take someone else in until my partner asked what's going on for the vet to turn around and say they had not been informed by the receptionist 'louise' that we were there ready for our appointment!! She had absolutely no customer service skills what so ever and I think she is in the wrong profession!! Won't be using this practice again absolutely shocking display!!

Rupert was examined very well and treated lovely. Everything was explained very well. We have never had a bad experience here. Thank you all at Murphy & Co.
