Medivet Llandaff North

We recently moved to Wales from England. Our one cat had a very big cyst on her eyelid and on her back. After recommendations we took her to a Vet in Risca, they said all they could do to help her was to remove her eye. Thought it was a bit extreme. Contacted Medivet and asked if I could continue with our Petplans from Engalnd and was told we could. Took her there for a consultation, cyst gone, eye perfect, even had a dental procedure and mani/pedi. Excellent practice.

Was recommended to come to this practice So pleased I did felt so comfortable as my kitten was well looked after and advise was given. I asked so many questions all questions were answered with a smile

Brilliant service, advice and made my puppy feel very comfortable!

Saw a very unprofessional Doctor as he called him self tonight, He was very rude bad mannered, attitude towards me a paying customer !!!, didn't want to treat my pet with what had been prescribed to my dog in the past by the other lovely Vets, Because they were only trying to fob me off and make me happy ??? when I asked the nurse to make me another appointment with another Vet, he shouted at me to leave and asked the nurse to call the police !!! very professional of him ! Shame really as for the last 10 years have only had very good experience and recommended this practice to my friends and family. I wont be using or recommending any more, I wouldn't let this particular Doctor !!! to cut my precious pets toe nails never mind treat her for any thing else .
