Always a calm and caring environment. Jess is extremely efficient and knowledgeable. She takes time to explain treatment options and costs involved clearly. Although busy the whole team takes time to ensure both pet and owner looked after with dignity and respect.

Lovely vet experience for my cat Freckles. I hate injections and the yearly jab for my cat is fraught free everything is calmness and relaxed. I can recommend this practice.

Heath Veterinary Group were very thorough in examining my dog. They were also friendly, helpful and operated under safe Covid regulations.

Highly recommend, able to register with them at short notice .as most vets only do lepto 4 , they stock the lepto 2 also .

I went to the llantrisant road surgery.. 3ven though we were all wearing masks the welcome and the subsequent treatment were warm and friendly and the vet was lovely.. my dog went from frightened to happy quite quickly.. and was given a treat..

They rarely answer the phone so good luck trying to book an appointment. The older male vet here is quite impersonal and not very informative. They also tried to charge us twice for a vaccination that they messed up the timing of. Won't be using again.

Hit and miss. Especially with what vet you see. Always a different vet each visit which is a shame. Older vet wasn't good and wouldn't return if we see him again. Need to do operations in Danescourt surgery too if possible as so hard to get to rhiwbina for morning operations
