If i could give a zero rating i would. This vet killed my 15-month-old fur baby. THIS PRACTICE KILLED HER on 25th August by giving her the lethal LEPTO4 vaccine without disclosing to us the possible horrendous side effects or instant death this vaccine causes. Shame on you for giving this vaccine when you know the terrible pain it can inflict on dogs. Knowing what we know now about this vaccine, given the choice, we would not have let you near her in a million years

When registering our dog the receptionist was really helpful. First visit was great, the vet was knowledge about the breed and put our minds at rest.

Usk vet’s based In Caerleon are wonderful. From the minute you walk into the reception, you are welcomed and made to feel at home. The vet dealing with my cat was brilliant. Very good service. Highly recommended.

My young terrier experienced appalling treatment given by a locum which inevitably has ruined his love of going to the vet but this practise does everything they can to make his visits stress-free and for me! I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thank you.

Excellent vets, reception staff efficient , friendly and very helpful. Vet's also efficient and caring when we take our dog Lottie to them. Also provided good knowledge about the process to take our dog abroad. The overall service is exceptional.

We had our beautiful dog put down by Usk Vets. We paid for the cremation package which included an imprint of her paw print. However they never bothered to do this before cremating her.
We would have done it ourselves if we had known Usk Vets would be so careless to not bother. We had plans to have jewellery made with her paw print so we would always have her with us, that’s not possible due to Usk Vets’ negligence. Disgusting.

All vets are kind and caring. They strive to give the best care possible to all animals. Well done

I have been with this practice for many years, they have treated all my animals, including horses, lots of dogs and also smaller pets, I have always received excellent service and I have total faith in any treatment I have had
