I go to the one in Barry. Lovely bunch of people and Vets there and always very helpful. Been very caring over my pup and go that extra mile every time. Throw in a beautiful blonde vet and they have service every day 😉 couldn't ask for more!

Thank you Maes Glas for the fabulous care you give our pets. We recently had to say goodbye to our beloved dog. You were so sympathetic at such a sad time 💔 It was so comforting to receive a hand written letter along with our dogs paw print and some of his fur 💕 Thank you!

Friendly and caring approach by all staff throughout. Nothing is too much trouble. Vets recommend and provide advice in a non patronising manner.

Always a warm welcome and our dogs have been looked after extremely well over the many years we've been aboard (after poor experiences elsewhere we settled in easily with Maes Glas and haven't looked back). We know our pups are in good hands 👍

Reliable, knowledgeable, compassionate vets. Only had one consultation I was unhappy with and which ended up with me wasting over £3000 on an unnecessary referral for an MRI, but on reflection probably as much my fault as theirs as I am a very anxious dog mum. They were however superbly co-operative when I had issues with my OH over-feeding my dog and sent him an email at my request pointing out the dangers of obesity in pets, and it did the trick! He stopped stashing and feeding dentastix and those dreadful rodeo treats, and our dog Basil is much healthier for it!

They were the epitome of gentle kindness when I had to say goodbye to my dearest most beloved dog, Fudgie Bear, and I can never thank them enough for their understanding and compassion. When I used to foster for a rescue they were always my vet of choice, and I used to take my foster dogs to them at my own cost, rather than the one the rescue used and which the rescue would have paid for. Worth every penny imo, and I'm so pleased that they are still an independent, and haven't allowed themselves to be bought out by the big nationals who seem to be monopolising almost every veterinary practice in the UK.

Pic - Fudgie Bear, who crossed the bridge two years ago. Megs, a darling girl I fostered before she was rehomed, and Basil, still with us at the age of 12, and still going strong!
