The vet we saw was awesome. She gave us a detailed explanation. She was friendly and did not feel like a stranger. Her manner was warm and welcoming. My daughter is studying science and love all the details given. It's nice to know more that the obvious. To my surprise our tom cat even liked the vet as he was well behaved while being treated for the abscess on his tail.

Having only just received our puppies, an amergency situation arose and they were fantastic.
Honestly thought we had lost Mums poor pup.
After phoning the emergency in they were at the curbside waiting, they swooped poor Tilly from the car straight into the surgery room and saved her.
We were so relieved to have her back home safe and sound and I can't thank this vets practice enough, I truly cant.

Cannot fault them they taken care of my dog most of his life always showed the most care and attention.
And when he became ill and i had to have him put to sleep the staff in the Tonypandy could not have been more helpful and sympathetic.
I would like to say a heartfelt thanks to them all.

We came to budget vets after dealing with another vets in the area and paying over £300 for blood, urine tests only to be told it could be stress. Then 3 months later it returned and the same vets said to repeat tests. I decided against this and within 5 mins of seeing my dog BudgetVets knew it was a Pyometra and my dog had to have emergency pyo ovarihysterectomy. I know the procedure cost £690 but it saved my dogs life.

Don't bother taking your pet here. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Don't bother with any Budget Vets. The sooner they all close down the better. They're all very poorly run. They're not even any cheaper than most vets so there really isn't any benefits of using them. Best move we made was leaving.

Been taking my dog here for 15 months..they ultimately cost us her life if i could give 0 stars believe me i would. Countless phone calls and visits to be put on medication not the right dose for a dog her age...countless times asked to speak to the vet for them to see her to be told if get a call back that never happened. Absolutely heart broken and they are responsible. Will never use again and i would advise others to stay well away also!!!!

Told me that my dog would be dead within 5 days unless she had an emergency operation which would of cost £1,500. We had a second option from another vet. She had cancer that the operation they told us she had to have would of done nothing, she lived 5 months without the operation. Just a money grabbing company. Would never take a pet there again. Do not trust, alway get a second opinion.
