Cannot fault this practice . Lovely caring staff very helpful . Appointments not always on time but think that's because of the attention and time spent with each pet. Don't have a problem with that as emergencies can arise or whatever..

The Vets Nurses and staff go above and beyond.
My cat was in need of urgent treatment for a Urinary problem and over a period of 2 weeks had to be seen in the surgery or spoken about on the phone almost daily. During the whole very worrying process the vets the nurses and the staff were extremely involved and concerned for my cat. I had daily and sometime hourly updates and I was told and asked about every little procedure along the way. I never felt pushed into any unnecessary treatment and in fact I was advised to hold back on a surgery I thought would be the best option. The vets were right and my cat was treated with medication instead and with time and patience made an amazing recovery. I felt that I could trust the vets completely and can highly recommend them. They whole team are easily approachable and their compassion shows, nothing is too much trouble.

Excellent vets run by Richard, we have used Richard since he took over Allpets many years ago, he gives first class treatment along with excellent service from his friendly helpful staff, our pet is looked after with much care and kindness and would not hesitate to recommend Allpets to anyone !

Very helpful staff, the vet managed to squeeze us in at very short notice with our dog even though we didn't have an appointment. thank you for your helpfulness.

In such a difficult time for our family both your Nurse and Vet were amazing. So understanding, caring and so professional. This made putting our boy to sleep at home so much better for him and us. I wasn't even registered with them but they still came, receptionist Claire was lovely too. You did us proud AllPets gang.

Recently had a laparoscopic spay for my female cocker spaniel Willow. All staff were brilliant and the procedure went amazingly. Willow is a nervous pup but all staff handled her with great care and kept her calm. Willow is now healed and back to normal in just 48hrs after her procedure. We are beyond happy with the care and customer service we have received and Willow is a very happy girl.
Thankyou all pets for making Willows spay as easy and calm as possible. Highly recommend laparoscopic spaying.
