Very helpful and friendly front desk, even when my dog claimed the front desk on the first visit!! Regular check ups done efficiently and appointments seem to run to time generally on all three dogs. Treatments and options discussed clearly and advised against changing from cheaper treatments.
When we had to call the vet out on a Sunday morning to put our old collie down, it couldn't have been more calm and gently done.

Helped us with our sick dog while on holiday. Really great positive attitude and service made us wish we were locals so we could become permanent customers. Thank you.

By far the best vets we have ever used, no students here with little or no experience. Phillip Linge the vet that we dealt with was able to diagnose and treat out pet quickly and expertly, which is not surprising as he had been a vet for over 40 years. Highly recommend this clinic.

We were touring Wales and only needed a routine injection for our dog. Everything was first class. Even the bill was very good value for money.

I'm writing a review for my mum who wants to recommend this vets because they have always given her an outstanding service. Mum felt like they always prioritise the welfare of the animals above all else and she will be forever greatful for the many times they provided care for her beloved boy blue, who sadly passed away recently.

She felt like they have always been transparent and honest, and believes the 100 mile round trip was worth it, just to get the care and service from this wonderful team.

Booked my dog in for treatment, and they were brilliant. Explained everything clearly and was happy to answer any questions I had. Also kept in touch after the treatment making sure all was well, definitely recommend.
